One of the virtues or power skills, also known as soft skills, that companies are looking for today is the employee's attitude towards the tasks, the team, and their work. The expected daily performance must go beyond the monotonous fulfillment of doing and duty.

In agreement with Dr. Alice Boyes, a specialist in organizational psychology, resisting the overload of work pressure is also essential. According to this, it depends on a series of actions to be able to work, have fun, make the most of the time and be successful.

One of the essential keys to having the right attitude is knowing what is important to you. Also, you must review your values and choose from those that can add to your workday to spend not just another day at the office; instead, it will be an enjoyable day.

On the other hand, having the right attitude can lead you to achieve the expected results that are important to you. In addition to the above, it is vital to think of your work as if it were art or craft that you want to perfect. In this way, you will be able to receive feedback, ask for advice, and interact with people who can help you achieve it.

Finally, working in and with the right attitude will promote a better work climate in the organization which will positively impact the day-to-day lives of everyone involved.
