Anáhuac Cancun University and the Altınbaş University of Turkey signed an agreement and held a First Chair entitled "Medical Education Experience of Altınbaş."
Anáhuac Cancun University signed last Monday, October 3, an agreement with Altınbaş University of Turkey as part of the ERASMUS+ program, a management plan of various public administrations of the European Union.

Anáhuac Cancun University signed last Monday, October 3, an agreement with Altınbaş University of Turkey as part of the ERASMUS+ program, a management plan of various public administrations of the European Union. That supports and facilitates the academic mobility of students and university professors within the member states of the European Economic Area, Switzerland, North Macedonia, and Turkey.
The International Office made this integral approach of the Anáhuac Cancun University through Ph.D. Natalia Czerniak, Coordinator of International Projects and Ph.D. Bernardo Rangel Sada, Director of the International School of Government and Director of the International Office.
Altınbaş University is an institution with more than 3 thousand 700 students, more than 38% of them are international students of 84 different nationalities. This university has three campuses in Istanbul and offers 30 bachelor's degree programs, 34 associate degree programs, 28 master's degree programs, and six doctoral degree programs.
The delegation of Altınbaş University that signed this agreement was formed by: Prof. Tunç Fışgın, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Nur Eradlı, Director of Alumni Relations and Internationalization Department, representing Anáhuac Cancun University, signed the agreement M. Jorge Juan García Sánchez, Vicepresident of Finance and Administration, and as a witness of honor, M. Tomasz Bogdanski, Vicepresident of Academics. It is essential to mention that, before the agreement signing, the Turkish delegation had the opportunity to tour the facilities of the international campus to get to know in depth the facilities and the professors that make up the teaching staff with whom they exchanged experiences and opinions.
The signing of this agreement seeks to expand the mobility offer for more young people from Anáhuac Cancun University who wish to study via exchange in a country of the European Community, such as Turkey, in addition to allowing both institutions to continue with their internationalization plans.
In the end, after the signing, Prof. Tunç Fışgın, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Altınbaş University, offered a lecture entitled Medical Education Experience of Altınbaş, a talk given in English and aimed at students of the Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery, which belongs to the International School of Medicine of the UAC. In this lecture, Professor Tunç Fışgın talked with the students, starting by asking them why they chose the degree and talked about the challenges that this specialty presents to its professionals in today's world and the similarities of these between one country and another.
With this approach and agreements with world-class universities, Anáhuac Cancun University reaffirms its internationalization, making available to its students more and better alternatives for them to explore and develop, at the highest level, their international leadership of positive action.
